We, as members of the human race, must speak up. The UN, in Article I of its Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide states, "The Contracting Parties confirm that genocide, whether committed in time of peace or in time of war, is a crime under international law which they undertake to prevent and to punish."

The humans who live in Gaza, the majority of whom are women and children, are being bombed, burned, and starved out of existence by forces at least 1000 times more powerful for the reason that they are Palestinians.

As stated by Protect Palestine, the time for pleading with Israel and the United States to stop their bombing and starvation is long past. We, as citizens from all countries in our closely connected world, must request each of the 57 member states of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) that they send a protective force to Gaza.
